Kishon Kelley, LPC

Kishon is a Licensed Professional Counselor who seeks to provide a genuine, supportive, safe, and warm environment for her clients, which allows them to feel comfortable, yet empowered, to achieve their goals. Her approach to therapy includes a combination of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Rogerian Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy. Kishon believes the mind, body, and spirit are connected, and every human being is innately equipped with the tools needed for overall well-being.

Kishon holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Walden University, and an Undergraduate Degree in Mass Communication and Psychology from the University of West Georgia. She has experience in the community mental health field, specializing in crises, leadership roles, and working with clients long-term. Her lived experiences allow her to bring a unique level of empathy, compassion, and insight into sessions.

She is passionate about serving children and adults with trauma history, PTSD, anxiety, depression, severe and persistent mental illnesses, life changes, and relationship challenges.
