Sara Dupree, LPC
Sara Dupree is a Licensed Professional Counselor who obtained her Bachelors of Arts degree in English and Master’s Degree in Secondary Education and Counseling from Georgia Southwestern State University. She went on to procure a Specialist Degree in Counseling from State University of West Georgia. She has 30 years of experience working with adolescents in the public-school system; as she began her career as a high school English teacher for 10 years, and then worked as a school counselor for 20 years. She has worked in the private setting for ten years. Sara is passionate about student success in school, as it facilitates much of life’s future progress. Her vast experience in the school system gives her a unique perspective to deal with school issues in therapy. She provides therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Areas of special interest include anger management, anxiety, building strong and healthy relationships, depression, difficult life transitions, parenting issues, and school problems. Sara has been married for 34 years and has two adult sons.
